Exploratory Call⁠ ⁠

It all starts off with a free exploratory call! This is our opportunity to get to know each other, explore your copy needs, and see if my vibes match your vibes.⁠

Project Launch⁠

Once we hammer out the details⁠, I will ask you to fill out a brand voice development guide to get a feel for your desired tone of voice and writing style. This is also a resource for me to learn tons about your business that I can use when writing for you.⁠

Research, Writing Prep, & Wireframe

Before I write any copy, I spend time immersing myself into your brand, your target audience, and the project itself. Not only do I mull over ideas in my head, but I take time to do research and create a general layout (wireframe) of the copy, which serves as the foundation of the project.

Writing Sample⁠

Early on in the project, I will send you a writing sample of your new copy. ⁠This is the perfect opportunity to fine-tune how you want your copy to sound and to make sure we’re on the same page.⁠

Write!⁠

Next, I get busy writing up a storm for your copy project. Since open and honest communication is incredibly important to me, I will stay in contact with you along the way. I also always welcome you to check in with me or chime in with any new info you might find helpful for me⁠.

2 Rounds of Revisions⁠

One thing all writers must have is thick skin. I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure that you absolutely love your new copy.⁠⁠

Launch!

Hurray! We made it! Now that your copy is finalized, you are free to add it to your website, email, social media, etc! I’ll be there beside you cheering you on as you launch!⁠
